I am a licensed clinical social worker and EMDR-certified therapist specializing in trauma-focused therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach integrates EMDR (full model and EMDR-informed), DBT-informed skills, and creative, experiential methods to help clients regulate emotions, process difficult experiences, and build resilience. I provide individual therapy incorporating art, mindfulness, and reflective exercises to engage the mind and body in healing. My mission is to create safe, compassionate, and creative spaces where clients can discover inner strengths, process difficult experiences, and move toward lasting transformation. I accept most UHC, Aetna, Cigna and UMR policies through Alma. Separate verification and billing required. Suitable for children, adolescents, and adults who benefit from experiential healing. EMDR Therapy Group (Full Model): Provides structured EMDR group therapy using the full protocol for trauma reprocessing in a safe, supportive environment. Ideal for adolescents and adults ready for deeper EMDR work.
