I am a licensed clinical social worker and EMDR-certified therapist specializing in trauma-focused therapy for adolescents, and adults. My approach integrates EMDR (full model and EMDR-informed), DBT-informed skills, and creative, experiential methods to help regulate emotions, process difficult experiences, and build resilience. I provide individual therapy incorporating art, mindfulness, and reflective exercises to engage the mind and body in healing. My mission is to create safe, compassionate, and creative spaces where inner strengths are discovered, insight is gained regarding difficult experiences, and movement is made toward lasting transformation. I am a trained Military Service Focused provider. I have completed STAR Behavioral Health Level 1 training. I accept most UHC, Aetna, Cigna and UMR policies through Alma. Separate verification and billing required.
